Over the course of 2024, Guillaume Gamache (painter) and Sébastien Gayet (author) immersed themselves in the Ardèche gorges and went out to meet residents and visitors to ask them questions about "the spirit of the Ardèche gorges". What makes the Ardèche gorges unique? What stories, sensations or experiences do they convey? The result of this artistic research is an exhibition in the gorges and a booklet-poster. The works can be seen from 15 June to 15 August in the villages of Aiguèze, Gras, Lagorce, Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche and Salavas, at the Gaud bivouac, at the entrances to the gorges trail (Châmes and Sauze), at the Madeleine cave and in the Combe d'Arc.
